Stillness and Resonance: Self-Healing & Transformative Experience

A Two-Part Journey into Stillness, Inner Vision & Sound

Stillness Practice • Extraordinary Channel Visualization • Theta Binaural Beats • Expansive Sound

What if healing begins not with fixing yourself, but with creating the conditions for your own wholeness to emerge?

There is a place beneath the constant activity of the mind, beneath habitual tension, emotional patterns, and the effort to become something different. A place of stillness. Not emptiness. Not passivity.

A living presence from which restoration, clarity, and transformation can emerge.

The Stillness & Resonance a two-session immersive online experience designed for people who are seeking a deeper relationship with their own capacity for self-healing and transformation.

Across two 90-minute sessions, Dr. Prana and Dr. Amy bring together three complementary pathways:

Stillness Practice • Guided Inner Visualization • Sound & Binaural Beats

This two-part immersive journey is designed to support:

– Self-healing and nervous system regulation
– Deep relaxation and rest
– Refined inner awareness
– Personal and energetic transformation

Through a unique integration of stillness practice, guided visualization of the extraordinary channels, theta binaural beats, and expansive soundscapes, participants are invited to move beyond habitual mental activity and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence, openness, and inner wholeness.

Rather than pushing for change, the sessions cultivate a receptive inner space in which the body–mind’s innate capacity for regulation, restoration, and transformation can naturally emerge.

Rather than simply talking about healing, you will be invited to experience it.

THE EXPERIENCE

STILLNESS

Dr. Prana will guide you into Stillness Practice—an embodied contemplative practice designed to shift attention away from habitual mental effort and toward the spacious presence already available within your being.

The practice begins with the body.

You will be invited to sense the body as a field rather than an object; to notice internal space, subtle sensation, breath, and the quiet presence beneath mental activity.

From this ground, the practice opens toward a deeper experience of wholeness.

Dr. Prana’s approach to Stillness is rooted in Nondual Healing and draws from Eastern medicine, contemplative practice, Daoist and Tantric traditions, and embodied awareness.

As he describes it, healing is not necessarily about fixing something broken, it can also be a process of recognizing and embodying the wholeness that was never lost.

INNER VISION

Guided Extraordinary Channel-Point Visualization

Dr. Amy will guide you through a carefully crafted visualization journey centered on extraordinary channel points and the body’s deeper energetic landscape.

Rather than simply imagining an image, you will be invited to engage perception, sensation, symbolic imagery, and attention as a unified experience.

The visualization provides an inner map.

Stillness provides the ground.

Together, they create a space in which participants can explore their own experience with curiosity rather than force.

SOUND

Theta Binaural Beats + Expansive Music

During portions of the experience, Dr. Prana will introduce binaural beats and expansive music as an auditory environment for meditation and deep relaxation.

Binaural beats are produced when slightly different tones are presented separately to each ear, creating the perception of a rhythmic beat corresponding to the frequency difference. Headphones are required to experience the binaural effect.

The intention is not to force a particular state.

Instead, sound becomes another doorway through which attention can settle, expand, and become more receptive.

SESSION ONE

Stillness → Dai Mai Guided Visualization → Theta Binaural Beats + Expansive Sound

Release • Spaciousness • Reconnection

We begin by moving out of habitual mental effort and into direct embodied awareness.

Dr. Prana will guide the group through Stillness Practice, helping you explore the internal space of the body and the possibility of resting in awareness without having to change or control what is arising.

Dr. Amy will gently guide to opens the “belt” channel (Dai Mai), inviting the release of accumulated tension and mental noise. Through stillness, guided inner imagery, and carefully curated sound, participants are supported in expanding their inner field and reconnecting with a sense of ease and spaciousness.

The experience is supported by carefully selected expansive music and binaural sound.

You may explore:

  • settling the body and attention
  • sensing internal space
  • releasing habitual effort
  • connecting with your inner resources
  • extraordinary channel-point visualization
  • sound-supported meditation
  • allowing rather than forcing change

The intention:

From effort → receptivity
From contraction → spaciousness
From fixing → listening

SESSION TWO

Stillness → Chong Mai Guided Visualization → Theta Binaural Beats + Expansive Sound

Depth • Integration • Transformation

The second session takes the experience deeper.

Having established a relationship with Stillness, we explore what becomes possible when attention, imagery, sensation, and sound are allowed to work together.

Dr. Amy will guide a deeper visualization journey while Dr. Prana supports the experience through Stillness Practice and sound. Building on the first session, this experience focuses on the central “core” channel (Chong Mai), inviting a deeper descent into the inner axis. Participants are guided to explore the vertical flow of energy, supporting integration, alignment, and transformative insight.

The emphasis shifts from entering the experience to allowing it to integrate.

We explore:

  • deeper embodied presence
  • subtle sensation and energetic awareness
  • symbolic and imaginal experience
  • softening habitual patterns
  • resting without striving
  • integrating insights into everyday life
  • developing a personal Stillness practice

The intention:

From experience → integration
From temporary state → embodied resource
From seeking healing → participating in your own transformation

WHAT MIGHT CHANGE?

Every person’s experience will be different.

You may notice:

  • deep relaxation
  • greater bodily awareness
  • mental quiet
  • emotional release
  • a sense of spaciousness
  • increased clarity
  • renewed connection with yourself
  • unexpected imagery or insight
  • a greater sense of inner resourcefulness

For some people, simply becoming quiet enough to feel what has been present beneath the surface can be meaningful.

For others, the experience may open into a profound contemplative or transformational state.

There is no required experience.

You do not need to believe in energy, extraordinary channels, nonduality, or binaural entrainment.

You are invited to explore.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This experience is particularly suited for people who:

  • feel emotionally or mentally overloaded
  • are seeking greater inner balance
  • have explored meditation, yoga, energy work, or somatic practices
  • want to develop a deeper self-healing practice
  • feel disconnected from their body or inner life
  • are interested in consciousness and altered states of awareness
  • want an experience rather than another lecture
  • are curious about the intersection of contemplative practice, traditional medicine, visualization, and sound

You do not need previous experience.

Come exactly as you are.
