Prana is a Nondual Healing teacher, Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and author of Touch of Stillness — a guide to the luminous ground of nondual awareness that underlies all genuine healing.
His work rests on a single, lived understanding: that what truly heals is not a technique, but the recognition of an innate wholeness that was never broken. Over more than four decades, this understanding has been the thread weaving together Nondual Healing, Daoist medicine, Ayurveda, CranioSacral Work, and Inner Alchemy into what he calls Transformational Medicine, an approach that addresses the deepest roots of suffering rather than its surface expressions.
Born in India, Prana began his study of Ayurveda and healing in the lineage of the Siddha tradition in 1980. Drawn toward the source, he spent extended time in the Himalayan regions of Tibet, Nepal, and India — visiting over fifty monasteries, sitting with masters, and receiving transmission in Buddhist and Siddha inner work practices. Under the guidance of a living Siddha teacher, he deepened his understanding of inner alchemy and the consciousness body’s innate capacity to heal itself.
His formal training spans multiple continents: a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science (San Diego), an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University (UK), and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Pune (India). He has served as adjunct faculty at Pacific College of Health and Science and the California Institute of Human Science, teaching foundational philosophy of Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and CranioSacral Work.
Prana works with those navigating unresolved trauma, chronic illness, emotional exhaustion, and the quiet but persistent sense that something essential is missing — even when life appears functional. His sessions and retreats create conditions for the nervous system to settle, for long-held tensions to release, and for the deeper coherence that is always already present to become felt and lived.
He offers one-on-one sessions and transformational group retreats, working with people online and in person.
